How do I submit a request for documents?

When you need document retrieval, simply contact your account specialist directly by email, fax or letter. If you are sending your order by fax or letter, please let your account specialist know to ensure that your request is processed immediately upon receipt.

What is the turnaround time?

We do everything in our power to retrieve your records as quickly as possible, and approximately 80 percent of requests are returned to us within 3 to 4 weeks.

What areas does T‑Scan serve?

T‑Scan prides itself on our ability to gather records from around the world, across the country or down the block. Our clients include several of the largest insurance companies as well as some of the most prominent independent law firms in the country.

Does T‑Scan charge cancellation fees?

We absolutely do not. We will never charge a fee for canceling a request. If a request is canceled, the only charges your firm will incur are for prepayments, if any, sent to the provider and for any work completed on your behalf prior to cancellation.

Who can access electronic files?

Our secure servers keep all unwanted eyes out. Your firm is assigned a login identity and a password, allowing you to access the site at any time, from anywhere in the world.

Can films on a CD be converted to hard copy?

Unfortunately, no; films on a CD cannot be converted to hard-copy films. They can be printed as paper copies.
