When you have a need for document retrieval, simply email, fax, or send a letter to your Account Specialist directly. If you are sending your order via fax or mail, please let your Account Specialist know in order to ensure your request is processed immediately upon receipt.

What is the turnaround time?We do everything in our power to retrieve your records as quickly as possible, and approximately 80% of requests will be returned to us within 3–5 weeks. Once we receive the records, we are committed to processing and sending the records to your office within 48–72 hours.
What areas does T-Scan serve?T-Scan prides itself on our ability to gather records from around the world, across the country, or down the block. Our clients include several of the largest insurance companies as well as some of the most prominent independent law firms in the country.
Does T-Scan charge cancellation fees?Absolutely not. We will never charge a fee for canceling a request. In the event a request is canceled, the only charges incurred by your firm would be for any prepayment sent to the provider or for work already completed on your behalf prior to cancellation.
Who can access electronic files?Our secure servers keep unwanted eyes out while, at the same time, your firm is assigned a login identity and a password, allowing your firm access to the site at any time, from anywhere in the world.
Can films on a CD be converted to a hard copy?Unfortunately no; films on a CD cannot be converted to hard copy films. They can be printed as a paper copy.
