What is the turnaround time?
Simply contact your account specialist directly by email, fax or letter or by clicking here: Order Records. If you are sending your order by fax or letter, please alert your account specialist to ensure that your request is processed immediately upon receipt.

What areas does T‑Scan serve?
We do everything in our power to retrieve your records as quickly as possible, and approximately 80 percent of requests are returned to us within 3 to 4 weeks.
Does T‑Scan charge cancellation fees?
T‑Scan prides itself on our ability to gather records from around the world, across the country, or down the block.
Who can access electronic files?
We absolutely do not. We will never charge a fee for canceling a request. If a request is cancelled, the only charges your firm will incur are for prepayments, if any, sent to the provider and for any work completed on your behalf prior to cancellation.
Does T-Scan Direct Bill?
Our secure servers keep unwanted eyes out. Your firm is assigned a login identity and a password, allowing you to access the site at any time, from anywhere in the world.
